In this workshop with Tanya Braumiller, you will explore meditation and music. The power of music is its ability to change our mood, help us release tension and stress, and to heal us, as magical vibrations fill our bodies. Using music while we meditate is the perfect marriage of turning within and allowing energies to flow through us. In this workshop, we will first connect with our breathing and grounding to calm our bodies and focus awareness, and then begin to experience a variety of music, including music used in spiritual practices around the world.Register Now.
