Do you daydream? Then, you have meditated! In this five-hour workshop, we will explore the many ways in which you can meditate, as meditation can take many forms. We meditate in silence and with music. We meditate sitting still and moving. We meditate without focus, simply opening ourselves to cosmic input. And we meditate with focus, using such things as personal goals or symbols as a center point to attract input. We meditate with eyes closed, to better focus within, and with eyes open, where focus on a central point helps center the flow of our thoughts. Taught by Tanya Braumiller; please join us.
